Hi, I’m Landon. They call me the big guy because, well, I’m 6’8.
I’ve worked in and around the real estate industry since 2004. I’ve marketed properties, sold construction materials, and have helped many people in and around the Tri-Cities buy and sell homes.

I have the pleasure of talking shop with Chris McIntosh and Amy Lynn at Daytime Tri-Cities every couple months. The Real Estate Today with Evans and Evans series airs Wednesday mornings from 10-11 on WJHL.
Sometimes, I share tips and tricks about the real estate industry, which can be great for buyers or sellers who need guidance on any number of things—staging your home, improving your curb appeal, loan programs, investment properties.
Other times, I highlight homes I have listed for sale—which is a great marketing tool for my selling clients. In those episodes, we do a guided tour and I talk through everything from the home specs and neat features to insider info about the neighborhood.
