My goal with selling is to make the process as easy as possible for you.
To do that, I’ll need to know things like why you’re selling and if you’ve already bought another home. I’ll want to understand your goals. My job as your selling agent is to help streamline your plans and make your selling experience easier, faster, and better.
First, we’ll have a phone call so I can learn more about your selling situation. If we decide to work together, I’ll meet you at your home to walk it through. During that time, I’ll want to hear about any upgrades you’ve done, your appliances, any major expenses you’ve invested in over the years. I’ll also bring some information about the current market and some comps from your neighborhood. You’ll leave that meeting with my honest assessment of how I’d list your house.
Once we list, I work hard to get your home in front of qualified buyers using my marketing skills and social media. I make regular appearances on Daytime Tri-Cities during my company’s Real Estate Today with Evans and Evans series (Wednesday mornings from 9-10 on WJHL). I have the unique opportunity to showcase new listings, which is a great advantage for many of my selling clients.
